Make DECW$BOOK on the workstations translate to MYNODE::DOC:[DECW$BOOK]
and when the BOOKREADER disk is mounted, define DOC on MYNODE as DKA400:.

When the CD is not mounted, define DOC as SYS$SYSDEVICE (or some other disk)
and create a [DECW$BOOK] directory that contains a LIBRARY.DECW$BOOKSHELF
which consists of the line:

	SHELF\NONE\Bookreader unavailable until...
