This is my version of David Letterman's 'stupid pet tricks'.

I call it 'stupid DCL tricks'!

This is a hosey little program that will 'get' a command from the user, then
tell DCL to go 'DO' it.  This is useful if you want to do a command, but
you don't want it in your recall buffer.  (I know! I know!  RECALL/ERASE will
do the same thing, but maybe I don't want to blast my last commands).
