Just thought you would like to know I got hold of Jamie and he sent me a fix. Seems the UUXQT process which handles the remailing of messages didn't give itself NETMBX when running! OOPS! That is why it couldn't send the message to another node using decnet. He also had previously sent me an acknowledgement of a fix I had to make. When you send a message to UUCP, it gets stored in the UUCP_SPOOL directory with the file protections that are your current default. If you had selected (S,O,G,W) as your default protection, UUCP couldn't delete the message after sending it. Answer was to give the directory an ACL so as to bypass UIC checking altogether. Let me know when you get 5.0 up and when you install UUCP. So far it has been fun. Earle Ake ake%lark@aamrl.af.mil
