Evidence shows that the Swapper is consuming 35% or more of the CPU time. The patch is #CSCPAT_0056010, from DEC Customer Support. It replaces SYS_LOADABLE_IMAGES:PAGE_MANAGEMENT.EXE and WORKING_SET_MANAGEMENT.EXE. You must restore the old files prior to an upgrade, so save the old ones!
