Netlanders,

I while ago I wrote this monitoring program to watch spinlocks on SMP
Vaxes.  I post it for your consideration.  There are three parts which
when concatenated together and "@"ed create the following files.

BUILD.COM        
SPINLOCK.CLD     
SPINLOCK.DOC     
SPINLOCK.MAR     
SPINLOCK_ERR.MSG 

Read the .DOC file and give it a try.  No warrantees express or implied and
this certainly has nothing to do with the company I work for and/or its
products.
