Warner Losh" asked: > Is there any way to pass parameters to symbionts? I want a /PARAMETER > qualifier to INIT/QUEUE. Kinda like the PRINT/PARAMETER=xxxx. Ideas? Previous contributors proposed using a logical name (in LNM$SYSTEM or LNM$GROUP_000001) where the name is built from the queue name. Actually, you need not use this indirect way, but you can pass the logical name which holds the desired information as the 'device name' with the qualifier /ON=[node::]logname . Example (extract of SYSTARTUP, so UIC group is 000001): $ define/group NODE7_LCB0 "NODE7::LCB0:/options" $! $ init/queue /processor=... NODE7_PRINT /on=NODE7_LCB0 Wolfgang J.
