ScriptPrinter software provides the following translators: ANSI->PostScript,
Regis->PostScript, and Tek4014->PostScript.  The latter two translators can
be run directly, simply by running the shareable exe's: i.e.
$ RUN SYS$SHARE:TRN$TEK4014_PS 
- or -
$ RUN SYS$SHARE:TRN$REGIS_PS

Unfortunately, running the ANSI->PostScript translator (TRN$ANSI_PS)
directly doesn't work.  You needn't fret, however, if you have DECwindows
installed: you can convert from ANSI ("plain text") to PostScript just
fine: 
$ CONVERT/DOCUMENT infile/FORMAT=TEXT outfile/FORMAT=PS
