	SELECT /SECRECY=(acl) /INTEGRITY=(acl)
	READ /SECRECY=(acl) /INTEGRITY=(acl)

	I think they do nothing under VMS V5.1, but...

2. What is a "Message ID" in the MAIL-11 V3.1 protocol?
	(negociated by the MASTER using <6> of the Message Protocol Modes)

	It is used to pass, in TLD encoded form, the RMS attributes
	of the FOREIGN file being transferred.
