UNSHAR - Unpack Unix "shar" files.

I'm not real sure where I picked this up from. I don't think it ever
worked because I had to hack a bit to get it fly on VMS. Generally,
whenever I get a new shar file, I try this against it and if it doesn't
work I fix it right then.
