Can one simply bring up a DECterm > and run LOGINOUT to interactively log into another account? There is a easy - but not even documented possibility. Try a: $ MCR DECW$MAIL_CREATEDECTERM This is all you need. It will create a Terminal with all normal Login under DECwindows. But it will work only if the Display is set to Local Transport - b.t.w does anybody know a possibility to run a utility via DECNET Transport - for getting a login directly on a remote machine? DECW$MAIL_... doesn't support this. I even don't know where DECWindow uses the above program - any suggestions?
