Golf Handicap/Information System

Abstract:	This is a Golf handicap/information system. It contains
	    it's own built-in menu and security system. It can be used
	    by persons, clubs and organizations to collect information
	    on golf courses either local and remote as to fees and services
	    provided. A complete golfing history is maintained for all
	    players defined to the system. Player's golf score cards are 
	    entered into the system, which will adjust them according
	    to current USGA rules and calculate an on-going handicap for
	    each player. Various reports and queries are provided.
