    It processes the .IDX file created by LaTeX and writes the information to a

    This directory contains
      CNTUSERS.FOR -- Counts the number of users on the system.
      INDEX.COM -- Deletes records from an indexed file like VMSMAIL.DAT.

      TAPE.COM -- Reads and writes card images to tape.
      TRIM.FOR -- Removes trailing blanks from a file.

    This directory contains a program to manipulate the data terminal ready
    line on a terminal port.

[.LILUG.QUOTA]

    This directory contains some routines to implement a group quota system.
    The system manager allocates space for a group and a group manager in each
    group allocates the space to members of his group.  It also contains a
    program to list disk use by user that does not depend on the group quota
    system.

    create a file containing special codes and process it with this program
    to create the text file for the printer.
