EVEPlus is a set of TPU procedures and conventions which make  it
easy   to  build  customized,  powerful  extensions  to  the  TPU  EVE
interface.  It does this by creating a custom TPU section  file  based
on  EVE.   EVEPlus  provides a framework in which future extensions to
EVE can be easily and maintainable made.

     The  package  includes  procedures  to  provide   the   following
extensions to EVE:

      *  EAG Windows - An alternate windowing approach
      *  Eliminate Tabs - Convert tabs to spaces
      *  Fix CRLFs - Fix up Runoff files
