System Availability Report Writer and Downtime Log Manager

          The availability program allows a  system  manager  to  keep
     track  of downtime and to generate a report on the performance of
     the system.  The report lists such items as  scheduled  downtime,
     unscheduled  downtime,  percentage  availability,  and  mean time
     between unscheduled downtimes.  The format of the report is up to
     the  user.   Many different breakpoints and output formats can be
     specified.  DEFINE.COM contains the necessary logical name to run
