This is the maintenance directory for the certificates system. There are 
four subdirectories included for maintenance purposes:
	BAS - source code
	DDL - record definitions
	OBJ - object modules
	RDF - request definitions

Also included are...
		CERT.CLD - definition command file
		CERT.DIC - cdd subdictionary
		COMPIT.COM - command proceedure to compile and link program

Special note: Included in the source code and object module directories are
copies of private library routines for Carls. Rather than include the 
libraries, we have included only those routines which are accessed.
