Description:

These programs are used with the VAXNET and/or RSXNET programs to perform
ASCII file transmission between two VAX's or between VAX and RSX-11M.  Two
programs called F2T and T2F allow files of either 256 or 512 byte fixed length
records to be converted into 64 byte ASCII records, transferred to the other
computer, and then converted back to the fixed length records.
