CONNECT VERSION 6.6 RELEASED SEP-1982
     Version 6.6 of CONNECT has a logical name transformer (LNT) which
translates all first generation logical names into their equivalences.
Note: In this version, the LNT transforms the whole portion of the
first parameter passed to CONNECT.  This restriction makes CONNECT
VERSION 6.6 faster than CONNECT VERSION 6.5.

     Version 6.3 of CONNECT has the *BUFF reserved word feature.
This command instructs CONNECT to display its BUFFERS.

     Version 6.2 has the *INIT reserved word feature.  *INIT instructs
CONNECT to reset all of its BUFFERS to the current default.

     CONNECT is re-structured.  The save buffer operation is quicker
and does not require the creation, read, and deletion of a spare file.

     Version 6.1 has been re-structured to increase parsing speed.
