( 19APR82 19:07 -  Changed *.FLE to refer to WIDB.FOR in 'OutSubDir' library
 All code for WIDB.FOR routines was deleted, and now programs will
 refer to the routines in the General Output Subroutines Directory.
 The WIDB routine has become very frequently used.

 The number of search topics had always been wrong; an additional
 2-character blank topic was included in every search.  Converting
 the parsing algorithm to straight-forward logic eliminated errors.

 INF.FLE was changed to allow a SKIP option which skips past
 all sub-level info until the next search topic match.  Also, the
 HELP option describes what options are available (briefly).

 DIRSIZE.FLE was changed to check the lengths of the directory
