This directory and its subdirectories contain a set of programs
submitted by Ford Aerospace.  They contain, among other things, a
biomedical statistics package (subdirectory BMDP), the FLECS preprocessor
(subdirectory FLX), a text formatter (subdirectory FMT), and various
DCL command files to provide additional DCL "commands" (subdirectory
CMD).
	The file FILESHERE.LIS contains a directory of all files in
all subdirectories.
