	This tape is a copy of a floppy submitted to the VAXSIGLIB
	by Chuck Conley, Decus Library Director, at the request of
	the author, Viktors J. Muiznieks.  It has also been submitted
	to the Decus Library.

	The files contain a driver for a paper tape reader/punch for
	the VAX.  See the documentation in the file PCDRIVER.DOC
