    These indicies are an attempt at indexing all the submissions
to the VAX SIG Library from Spring-79 to Spring-83 and to cross-reference 
them by keyword and file-name.  Note the new index, FILEINDEX.LIS.  This
contains only a listing by file names.  No text files have been included.
