The Distribution Office of the Free Software Foundation has moved to a
new location in Boston, Massachusetts.

Please update your records et al with this information, except do NOT
change the address et al in either the GNU General Public License
(usually in a file named COPYING and included in some Texinfo manual
sources) or the GNU Library General Public License (usually in a file
named COPYING.LIB and included in some Texinfo manual sources).  There
are possible legal complications that prevent us from having you
update either license at this time.  rms will issue updated versions
of the licenses when he has a chance.
