INSTRUCTIONS FOR READ AND OUTBOX ROUTINE

I've edited the programs READ_OUTBOX.COM and READ_OUTBOX.SCP to run with 
Version 2.4 of ALL-IN-1.  The housekeeping procedure runs the command file 
that then calls the script.  It's best if user's are not logged in when the 
routine is run.  Our site has some 1700 users and the job takes about 4 
hours to complete. Another point; if someone doesn't want their account 
processed then just remove his PROFILE for the duration of the run.

This runs from the Housekeeping option that I've called at our site "PRO" 
(Purge READ and OUTBOX). Housekeeping is run from the SM MHP menu. 

Instructions for creating a Housekeeping procedure are in the file 
HOW_TO.TXT on the disk.
