The Xview inlcude files seem to have conditional flags to Tom> define ANSI standard prototypes etc. but it doesn't seem to work. As a number of people will have noticed, Sun *tried* to make XView ANSI C compatible, but failed. Basically, they created prototypes like void f (...); which is not legal ANSI C. A patch to fix this problem is available from iesd.auc.dk, directory pub/X, file XView-ANSI.shar.Z. /Lars -- Lars Fischer, fischer@iesd.auc.dk | It takes an uncommon mind to think of CS Dept., Univ. of Aalborg, DENMARK. | these things. -- Calvin
