This is the latest VMS version of TeX, a text processing system and
document formatting package.


NOTE:  This version requires that all format files be recompiled.  Several of 
the recompiled formats files (Plain, LaTeX, SliTeX, AMSTeX, and TeXsis) can be 
found in the [.FORMATS] directory.

Second Note:  This version of TeX has been tweaked to handle several foreign 
language hypenation tables.  See the TEX.VMS-CHANGES file for details.
