	* Microcode version 8.2, Release 4.1.  Various changes:
- gctype.c and storage.c had spurious ^Ms
- bitops.c had a bug.  Fixed by kwh.
- config.h slightly rearranged.
- Makefile.unk a new bare makefile.  Makefile.* changed slightly.
- ../Install.unx failed to specify that the Makefile to edit was in the
microcode subdirectory.
