I don't have any Lantronix devices. Is the device time/date aware? If so is it possible the firmware can't handle current date/time? Sorry, no other thoughts. That ADC card looks like a high end device, (at least compared to what I am used to. I'm looking at http://www.q-store.co.uk/PD_06865.aspx for the spec). What are you thinking of replacing it with ? I assume that you've already come up with these questions, but just in case you haven't, here are some questions to help you get started on your search: What sample rate does the application actually require ? How many channels does the application actually require ? What resolution is required for each sample ? What's the input voltage range ? Does the application need to do multiple simultaneous ADC conversions on different channels or does it only need to process one channel at a time ?
